The 2026-27 Premier League campaign is now well underway. Mikel Arteta’s Gunners, who won last season’s trophy after a 20-year drought for the club, are defending champions and will be looking to hold off a rejuvenated Manchester City side under new boss Enzo Maresca, who have now been found guilty on all but one of 115 charges accusing them of breaching Premier League rules. If City’s appeal fails, the club could be looking at anything from a heavy points deduction to relegation, potentially making for the easiest title charge in Arsenal’s history.
So, now that the international break is here, what are the actual current Premier League winner odds? Here, we’re going to unpack whether Arsenal are expected to steamroll the league and the odds that bookies have for the other teams.

Most Premier League fanatics won’t be surprised to learn that Arsenal are the outright favourites across all major bookies to win this season’s title. Manchester City were fresh off splashing a staggering £440 million in the past summer transfer window and it appeared as though new boss Enzo Maresca was going to give Arsenal serious problems after bringing in the likes of Elliot Anderson, teenage sensation Ayyoub Bouaddi, and deadline day signing Enzo Fernández, brought in for a joint-British record fee of £125 million.Maresca, who previously won the FIFA Club World Cup and UEFA Conference League during his stint as Chelsea manager, has undoubtedly been given the keys to a luxury squad here, but City’s title hopes are now completely up in the air as everyone waits to find out when and how the club will punished.
Even if City get off with a light punishment and Marasca is able to be a success at the clyb after taking the reins from Pep, the odds of 11/4 for them to win the title are about fair. So far, at least, it’s the same as last season for Arteta’s Arsenal, who look unbreakable as ever, and Marasca may struggle in the build up to Christmas during a run where Arsenal are unlikely to drop many points.
Outside of Arsenal and City, Liverpool also find themselves in a transition period under boss Andoni Iraola at the moment following a disastrous fall off for the club under former title-winning manager Arne Slot. The Reds may have lost their thunder for now and a title push is highly unlikely, but they should be up there for a Champions League spot come the end of the season.
Chelsea are backed in fourth spot by most bookies, including bet365, Ladbrokes, and others. A £10 would return £15 if the Gunners do, indeed, win back-to-back titles. However, Man City at odds of 11/4 aren’t a bad option, either, giving them implied odds of 26.7%, but punters are taking a risk that City will only be dealt a transfer ban or light punishment.
It’s easy to forget that for years Arteta’s side kept dropping the title to Pep’s City, despite leading the league for large parts of the campaign, and they almost did it again last season only for City to fall short and fail to take advantage of the points opening they were given. Pep didn’t get the happy ending he wanted, though it ultimately once again revealed that Arsenal like to make life difficult for themselves under Arteta, so there’s still a chance that Marasca could pull off a shock title win if he can get his uber-expensive new squad playing consistently and avoid heavy punishment following the club’s charges.
